  1. Running Multimedia IQ Test (Macintosh)

  4. 1. If you do not have QuickTime 2.0 installed in your system, do the 
  5.    following:
  6.  
  7.      System 7: Drag the three files in the QuickTime folder
  8.      to your closed System folder. A dialog will appear asking if you want
  9.      to add the items to your Extensions folder. Click on Yes, then restart 
  10.      your Mac to activate the extensions.
  11.  
  12.      System 6: Drag the three files in the QuickTime folder
  13.      into your System folder. Then restart your Mac to activate the 
  14.      extensions.

  16. 2. In Chooser, under the Apple menu, check to see that you have the printer
  17.    selected that you want to use to print the test results. You will not be
  18.    able to select another printer without exiting IQ Test once IQ Test is
  19.    running.

  21. 2. Double-click on the Multimedia IQ Test icon to launch the program.

  27. Under the Apple Menu, open the Control Panels folder, and then the 
  28. Memory control panel. Use the following settings for Multimedia 
  29. IQ Test:

  31. Virtual Memory    - OFF
  32.  
  33. 32-bit Addressing - OFF, if your computer has 8MB or less of 
  34.                     built-in memory
  35.  
  36.                     ON, if your computer has more than 8MB 
  37.                     of built-in memory
